Dear 26 Rising community,
It's hard to believe that almost two years have passed since the inception of 26 Rising, and what an incredible journey it has been.
From a humble dream of becoming Detroit's largest esports team to the vibrant community we are today, the path has been both challenging and rewarding. From beating Version1 in the 2022-23 RLCS, to becoming one of the prominent Super Smash Brothers Ultimate teams in North America, our team here at 26 Rising has been through a lot.
However, the esports industry, like any other, has faced its share of trials over the past couple of years. I stand before you today with the same determination and optimism that fueled the creation of 26 Rising. Our dream of being Detroit's premier esports team is not just a goal but a passion that I hold close to my heart.
Today, I am thrilled to announce a significant development for 26 Rising. Beyond our competitive teams, we are expanding our horizons to cover the esports and gaming industry comprehensively, with a particular focus on its impact in Michigan. This means more engaging content, deeper insights, and a closer look at the gaming landscape.
We understand that our community craves more, and we're ready to deliver. Whether you're a seasoned esports enthusiast or just getting started, we want 26 Rising to be your go-to source for all things gaming in Michigan and beyond.
